Our refund policy is simple.  All refunds have to be requested before the start of the tournament or the league.  For some reason after the start of a tournament or a league presentation you feel that you need a refund it must be submitted in writing and will be decided upon by the CEO to the validation of the request of a refund.  Our policy states there will be no refunds after the start of tournament or league unless there are mitigating circumstances that warrant a refund.  We pride ourselves in the best professional leagues and tournaments anywhere and stand behing our leagues and tournaments.  Refunds are rare because of the quality and presentation not to mention professionalism of our tournaments.  We are a community based sports program and it is our job to make sure that your athletic fun is our first priority.
