We Bring the Game to You! Rules and Regulations
Each Game will be played for a total of 10 minutes or until the first team reaches 15 points.
1. No alcohol or drug paraphernalia allowed on the premises whatsoever.
2. No unsportsmanlike conduct
3. No profanity
4. No cheating
5. No horseplay
6. Dunking is permitted, however there is no hanging on the rim
7. Must wear proper attire(No Sagging)
8. Officials will make decisions on their interpretations of the rules for plays on, off, and around the country
of play.
9. Officials oversee everything from 15 minutes before the game starts (they should be on the court 15
minutes prior to the start of the game) final score has been approved.
10. Officials should inspect all equipment at scorer's table, balls, and baskets.
11. Decide whether a basket should count if the officials disagree.
12. Make decisions on outcomes where the timer and scorekeeper disagree.
13. Player must put the ball in play.
14. Do not allow players to practice at a dead ball.
15. Officials must call substitutes onto the floor.
16. Officials should correct a rule if a mistake has been made. Some examples are:
a. Failure to throw a free throw.
b. If they grant a free throw that should not have a awarded
c. It a FT is attempted at the wrong basket
d. Incorrectly count or cancel a basket
e. Allow the wrong player to shoot a FT.
17. These correctable errors need to be recognized and corrected after the first dead ball. Once the clock
starts again, the error cannot be changed.
18. A ball that touches a player or officials is the same as the ball touching the floor at the location.
19. A ball handler, who dribbles from the backcourt toward the frontcourt, is only in the frontcourt once the
ball and both feet pass the half court line.
20. In event of sudden death, first team to reach 17 points WINS!!!
21. If any player receives 5 fouls that player will automatically be kicked out of the game and competition.
22. Players will be playing on a 75' length x 40' feet width court.
23. All participants must sign liability waiver to participate in any Harlan2l events.
We hold the right to reject or accept any participant participating in Harlan2l events for any reason or no reason at all.
